Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

This lunch bag is really cute. great quality! but i think there was a manufacturing defect on my bag, cause one of the carrying strap is nearly at the buttom of the bag!? so it is not possbible to carry it the normal way. it's really sad, because i ordered outside the uk and therefore i cannot return the item easy and for free. so i think i have to keep it and find a creativ solution...i don't know. but anyway, without the defect it would be awesome!
Excellent bag but £2.95 for delivery of a £4.95 item which then took a week to arrive is pretty poor.
We deliver within 3-5 working days. On this occasion it arrived within our stated 5 working days as we were busy.
This lunch bag is deceptively roomy - it's good for your midday meal, but also the perfect size for carrying elevenses, lunch, mid-afternoon snack AND tea if you've got a long day in the office! I've even manage to fit a picnic for two in it!
My new lunch bag is the envy of many. Perfect for carrying my sandwiches and snacks. I would recommend this bag to everyone.
Bought this to go with a lunch box which fits perfectly. Not sure how robust it will be though. This range is certainly the most fun I've found for children and the children were delighted when they saw their special lunch bags.
