Brought as a stocking filler/ jokey present, but i have to say these are very good quality and in such cute packaging that the keen cyclist would be pleased as punch with them!
Just had to buy these for my husband. He currently uses elastic bands, they are all over the house. It drives me crazy!!! Would have paid twice the price!!!!
