Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Great little bag, my 2nd favorite design of the Charlotte bags. Great for lunch, picnics and to store the little bits that don't really have a home
Bought this bag for myself to use as small bag for passport, money, tickets, kindle, ipod etc. to smuggle inside my carry-on suitcase for an Easyjet flight and then pop out when on board and keep it by my feet for the flight. Silly rules say ONE piece of hand luggage only, but where are you supposed to put all your essentials! Excited about using it now and so pretty!
Bought this cute little bag for myself but instead my daughter now uses it to put here numerous non-school related bits and bobs in to take to school... Perfect for her to carry her contact lense solution etc in.
Great little bags for giving presents in that can be re-used. Pretty & sturdy. Children love them!
I love this cute bag i use it for my lunch bag at work its a perfect size. It makes smile every time i see it, it cheers me up on a long shift : )
