Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Replacement purchase, last mug broke due to my stupidity. Excellent service from REX , very quick delivery at a very reasonable price.
I've bought this twice now. First time I used the first one I was getting out of my car and dropped it. It split from top to bottom. I did think bamboo wasn't supposed to break that easily. Will be more careful with this second one! It's a lovely looking mug and the heat grip and lid are really soft.
Bought 2 of these as gifts, recipients very happy.
