I was hoping the entire item except the clear part would be metal, but actually most of it is plastic. Thankfully the centre parts are metal, though! It works well and makes a nice hum when you get it going.
Very disappointed with this spinning top should have checked the size myself it’s tiny and you can’t see anything as it spins think it will not be very robust. Feel my grand daughter will be disappointed so need to try harder.
