Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
Returning damaged or faulty items:
Before returning the product you must contact customer services and inform us that you would like to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You can send the item back to us free of charge and will receive a full refund.

Whilst I occasionally use these for shopping, I mainly use them as gift bags - friends and family love to receive them and when you buy them during the sale, they are cheaper than traditional paper versions. The designs are great and they are well-made.
I have bought so many of these bags, they’re great for small shopping trips and for your weekly shop. We find these better than the the larger shopping bags, they’re easier to lift as there’s not so much in them. I fold them and put an elastic band around them and keep them in the car for my next shopping trip.
I got this as a handy bag to use when we're at the caravan. Folds up nicely and so useful.
