Crafting is suitable for all ages – I’m in my 30s and I still love it! It’s a great way to pass the time! But this sweet little Vintage Racing Car craft set (£3.95) will make a really great stocking filler for the kids and it will keep them busy on Christmas morning whilst you crack on with dinner preparations. There are lots of puzzles and craft kits on dotcomgiftshop but this build-it-yourself Vintage Racer is a 28-piece 3D puzzle with it’s own wind-up engine. It requires no glue or scissors, so it’s a completely safe for all ages and more importantly, mess-free!

I’m always writing things down so that I don’t forget. I don’t think you can ever beat the beauty of putting pen to paper, so notebooks (above - £4.95) and pens are lovely present to help someone stay jot down their BIG plans for the New Year!
