Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Please contact us before making any returns. We will let you know the returns address, and what to do to make sure your returns are processed properly. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.
Returning damaged or faulty items:
Before returning the product you must contact customer services and inform us that you would like to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You can send the item back to us free of charge and will receive a full refund.

These binoculars are poor quality, the compass doesn’t work and they hardly magnify. I would have returned them but it would have cost more to post them back then they are worth. Overall DO NOT BUY!

Kids had lots of fun looking for things during our walk in the woods. Good value for the money
Look good but haven't tested them out yet – that's for my nephew to do!
Returned as I didn’t feel it was safe to leave my four year old alone with these. Assumed there would be a safety release on the string. For a product which is designed to go around a kid’s neck, there should be a safety release mechanism in the string.
Disappointed. Looks cheap plastic and feels it too
