Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Before returning the product you must contact customer services and inform us that you would like to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You can send the item back to us free of charge and will receive a full refund.

These plates are great quality. I now have the dishes and mugs to go with them.
I love this pattern (and the others in the same 'range') and as they were discounted decided to treat myself. Unfortunately the first plate I received had a long curved crack, must have happened during transit. I contacted customer services and sent a photo. Almost as soon as they were open after the weekend (I sent email after they closed on the Friday) I received a reply saying to discard the broken one as they were sending a replacement. That arrived on the Wednesday. This is exactly how I expect a company to act, there's a problem, they sort it with no hassle. Fantastic service.
