Before returning the product you must contact customer services and inform us that you would like to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You can send the item back to us free of charge and will receive a full refund.

Bought this for my little boy as I was sick of the big bulky nappy bag I had. It's cute, fun and not embarrassing to walk around with as some garish character backpacks are! Would love a matching lunch bag like the other ranges.
