Returning unwanted items:

I used dotcom gift shop for the first time after seeing it mentioned in wedding magazines, and I was so impressed. Bought this cutlery set (plus other items) and it is gorgeous. Looks really nice, good quality, and great colour. Initially I was sent the wrong colour, but the customer service was first class. I was sent a replacement straight away, and was able to return the other set with the pre-paid sticker. Great company and great product.
Thrilled to bits with the cutlery set,colour is so pretty, its going out to our holiday place in Greece, very good quality as well.
Lovely set of cutlery and well made. Unfortunatly i returned them as the colour was a bit brighter than expected. Returns very easy and refund was very prompt.

Bought this set and the pink in the sale. Can't believe what a bargain they were. They are gorgeous,have had my eye on them for a while but held off as seemed abit of an extravagance...but then they appeared in the sale and i didnt think twice. nice and solid - dont bend about while using them and the knives have a nice serated blade that does actually cut! (unlike some others ive had!) BUY BUY BUY!!
