Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Really good set for the price. The bamboo feel is really nice and it’s nice to not have so much plastic. I bought 2 sets so I can gift 1 for a Christmas present as the sale price is a real bargain.
Really impressed with the quality. Nice and sturdy, wash well and do not stain. The patterns are great and my kids love them.
Not used yet as purchased for Christmas presents but they look good quality and arrived promptly.
The cup cracked the first time it was dropped, so went straight in the bin. Unfortunately cups need to be able to withstand some dropping when you have a toddler!
