Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

These bags are fantastic. They are a great size, huge but not unmanageable. I have used them for many purposes- laundry, storage, luggage, shopping, supermarket deliveries …….… They are strong and well finished. The sloth design is lovely. I have many other deigns and have found them useful for storing Christmas decorations. They are an excellent price and are of much superior quality to similar bags found in local shops.
These are really strong bags with a fab sloth design. Can fit in all my garden cushions. Very pleased with them and very fast delivery. Excellent company.
