How It Works


If you elected to have your parcel delivered to a UPS Access Point at the time of ordering your goods, you will receive a notification alert via email or SMS when the parcel has arrived and is ready for collection. You must present a recognised form of photo ID to collect your parcel.
 
In Certain Locations, Your Parcels May Be Directed to a UPS Access Point
Where available, after the first unsuccessful residential delivery attempt, UPS will deliver your parcel to a designated UPS Access Point location in your vicinity. If this happens, you will notice a sticker on the UPS Info Notice indicating the address and collection times of the location where the parcel can be retrieved up to 10 calendar days later by showing your UPS Info Notice or tracking number and ID.
 

Accepted Ways to Prove Your Identity
Government issued photo ID: driver's license, passport, foreign national or military ID; or
Any other photo ID containing your full name, along with one of the following documents containing your full name: Utility/phone bill, council tax bill, wage slip, or bank statement.

If someone else is collecting on your behalf, he/she needs to bring your photo ID based on the above criteria, as well as show his/her own government issued ID.

The UPS Access Point will record their signature, name, type of ID presented, and the number of each ID for record purposes.
 
Easy Returns and Package Drop Off
You can drop off any package with a UPS prepaid label at a designated UPS Access Point location. Depending on what time of day you drop off your package, it will be safely stored at the UPS Access Point location and collected the same or next working day by UPS.

Note: Any package dropped off at a UPS Access Point location must not exceed 20kg in weight or 80cm in length and must already include a UPS prepaid shipping label.

If you do not already have a prepaid label, you can:
Contact the original sender for a return label.
Create a shipping label online.
Visit your nearest UPS Customer Centre.
