Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Before returning the product you must contact customer services and inform us that you would like to return a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item. You can send the item back to us free of charge and will receive a full refund.

The bag looks good and is a generous size with room for plenty of stuff, but the recycled material is quite thin, almost papery, I purchased this bag intending to store bedding in it. Unfortunately, the handle ripped away from the bag the first time I picked it up when full. For this reason, I would not recommend putting anything too heavy in it. Having said that, I had no problems with a previously purchased recycled bag in the suki design I used to store shoes in, so maybe i was just unlucky this time!
