Returning unwanted items:
You can return your purchase for a refund within 30 days of receiving it. Simply post the item/s back to us with the completed returns form. Items must be unused and with tags intact. Note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning an unwanted item.

Looks good, nicely made, but ultimately what is the point of a slinky that doesn't go downstairs? It's useless
Makes a lovely present. Unfortunately, it doesn't seem to go down stairs as the original slinky did, but luckily my 6 year-old still found plenty of entertainment from it.
Great quality and classic fun. Better gift than much more expensive battery powered stuff. Hours of fun
